Booking & Investment

  • Yes you totally will. Throughout the entire process from enquiry to the wedding day you will be talking with me. 

    Unless extreme circumstances of sickness at which time I will communicate with you who I have found as my replacement or give you the opportunity to find your preferred replacement artist.

  • Yes you can. If you would like to set up a payment plan, please state this when you confirm your booking.

  • Yes I try and keep everything as transparent as possible so the budget it clear from the beginning 

    The only changes will be if you decide to add hair extensions, add people, change your address of where I’m coming to, change timing, or there could be an early morning fee.

  • A minimum booking investment of $850 + GST applies to all wedding day reservations. This typically covers hairstyling for up to four people.

    I can personally style up to eight people on a wedding day, depending on the timing and schedule. For larger bridal parties, an assistant can be arranged to ensure everyone is styled to the same high standard. Assistant fees are quoted individually based on your requirements.

  • Hairstyling for mothers can vary depending on hair length and the type of styling required, as the time, techniques, and finish expectations differ.

    Short hair
    Short hair refers to hair that is layered, above the shoulders requires a blow wave technique 

    Long hair
    Long hair sits on or below the shoulders, including long bobs or layered hair that can be worn up or down. This hair type requires additional preparation and styling time, particularly if an upstyle, movement, or more structured finish is desired.

    Pricing reflects the time, preparation, and styling work required to create a polished, lasting result appropriate for the occasion.

Group Size & Team

  • It all comes down to timing, but I can do up to 9 people if the time allows. If time is tight, I can organise to have a secondary stylist or assistant with me to get through everyone.

  • That is totally fine. I do have a min spend for key dates of the year  , so if you are under 4 people, then you will need to pay my minimum spend of $850 plus GST. If it it mid-week, local and off-season, of course I can work out a better deal for you.

  • I can personally style up to eight people on a wedding day, depending on timing. For larger groups or tighter timelines, I can arrange additional support where appropriate to ensure the same calm, high-quality experience.

    So although I don’t work in a team or have people working for me, I have a large network of hairstylists that I can organise to work for me.

    Also, if a team situation arises, I can organise a team of hair and makeup artists for big events where many people are needed.

Wedding Day Logistics

  • Your wedding morning is designed to feel calm, joyful, and unhurried — not dictated by a rigid schedule.

    Based on your ceremony time and the number of people being styled, I carefully plan the morning and confirm my arrival time to ensure everyone is ready when they need to be. I will guide each person as their turn approaches, so everything flows seamlessly without anyone needing to watch the clock.

    My role is not only to create beautiful, lasting hair, but to help create a relaxed and enjoyable start to your day — allowing you to focus on celebrating, being present, and soaking in every moment.

  • I allow approximately one hour per person to ensure each hairstyle is completed with care, precision, and longevity.

    Additional time is also allowed for the bride to ensure the veil and any accessories are placed securely and finished perfectly.

    Your wedding morning schedule is thoughtfully planned in advance so the experience feels calm, organised, and unhurried.

  • I am based in Matakana, just north of Auckland, and travel throughout New Zealand and internationally for weddings.

    Whether your wedding is local, elsewhere in the North or South Island, or overseas, I am available to join you wherever your day takes place. I also spend part of each year based in Europe during the northern hemisphere summer and welcome bookings there during that time.

    Travel is quoted individually based on your location and schedule, and all arrangements are handled seamlessly to ensure a calm, on-time start to your wedding morning.

Styling & Partners

  • That is no problem at all, we can go over everything at your trial, and I can design your bridal look considering all your needs and the capabilities of your hair.

  • I can help to make a plan of how we can make it happen giving you realistic expectations.

  • Yes, I have an extensive clip-in hair extension wardrobe that I hire out.

    So as long as I have your colour and length, you can hire these off me. If your colour and length is not available or you need another form of extensions, I can give advice and pass on my industry discount to you through hair suppliers.

  • Yes, absolutely. I have a lot of close working relationships with makeup artists, and I can certainly guide you to who would be suitable and help you secure them for your date.

  • Clean hair is essential for achieving soft, polished, long-lasting styles. Hair that isn’t freshly washed can hold excess oil, product build-up, or environmental odours, making styling more difficult and affecting the final result. So all that said, clean hair provides the best foundation. Robyn will send a full explanation about when to wash your hair according to your own hair type.
